Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
Panatel Direct ships items within 1-3 days, via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.  You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your products being shipped.  Expedited and international shipping is available. 

RETURNS:
Customers have the option to return items within 30 days of receipt.  The item must be in original condition and never used.  All items are subject to 15% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges for any returned item.  If item is not in original condition, Panatel Direct reserves the right to withhold refund.

Any item that is received by the customer in damaged or defective condition will be replaced by Panatel Direct at no charge, and Panatel Direct will pay for return shipping of defective item.

Panatel Direct is responsible for only what we offer the customer.  If the customer purchases any phone system or product without purchasing programming, customer cannot return any item on the basis that programming was not provided by Panatel Direct.
